Saadia Qureshi is a peacebuilding and community engagement practitioner with Common Ground USA, where she works to strengthen communities, bridge divides, and help people navigate conflict across lines of difference. Her work spans higher education, civic engagement, and community gatherings, with a particular focus on creating spaces where people can engage across political, cultural, and social differences.

As a Pakistani American and Muslim American, Saadia’s lived experience has shaped her belief that our differences do not have to prevent us from building meaningful relationships and working toward a shared future. She brings a deep commitment to listening, curiosity, and the belief that we can hold both conviction and connection at the same time.
